We can make a simple hierarchy of information by sharing a google folder and have subfolders for different categories (with some folders perhaps branching further out in subfolders)

Categories can be, for instance:

  • - How does an empathy circle work?

  • - Creating awareness about empathy and empathy circles (how to campaign locally, nationally or globally)

  • - Personal experiences with the value and effectiveness of empathy

  • - External resources on the benefits of empathy for listeners

  • - External resources on the benefits of empathy for those being listened to

  • - Pitfalls in empathic listening

  • - Common misconceptions on empathy (debunking objections to empathy)

  • - Fears or beliefs that withhold people from engaging in empathic listening.

  • - How to provide empathy (circles) to those who need it urgently (e.g. domestic conflicts)
